Starts

Start date will be immediate after the completion of a drug screen and background check.

Pay

$40,000-50,000/yr to start + Bonuses and incentives. This is negotiable and based on experience.

Qualifications

2 years of Cable Broadband experience. Valid driver's license. Ability to install/troubleshoot Phone, Data, and Cable adequately. Work flawlessly under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage 2-20 technicians. Excellent organizational skills. Able to work a flexible schedule. Great customer service skills. Career driven. Safety minded.

Other Requirements

Ability to handle escalations quickly and professionally, support/train/manage technicians in day to day operations, Inspect work daily for quality and performance issues, drive performance in all metrics, provide a positive work environment, ability to multi-task, hold meetings and provide feedback to your team,

Job Description

-Develop/train Broadband technicians; ensure that each technician knows how to perform each step of the installation process according to company standards.
-Identify best practices, techniques and processes and communicate to technicians in a professional manner.
-Review work orders for completion and processing by other departments as needed.
-Support and motivate technicians by continually training and monitoring progress and training schedules.
-Review Broadband Technician’s quality of work, and provide feedback to technicians and management; ensure that quality issues are addressed and that best practices are maintained.
-Provide an ongoing open communication line with team to include coaching, mentoring, and career development on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
-Provide written and field assessments, with a focus on meeting/exceeding ACC’s client expectations.
- Uphold ACC’s processes and procedures and verify the proper training of technicians per project standards; monitor compliance with all appropriate safety regulations.
-Provide complete reporting mechanism to upper management; report regularly to management on the status of problem areas and recommending solutions.
-Analyze operations and performance to assure operational efficiency through productivity and QC.
-Conduct training with technicians as necessary; verifies personnel’s understanding of installation/troubleshooting procedures.
-Verify and maintain adherence to the installation/repair plans, standards and specifications.
-Conduct vehicle inspections.
-Conduct weekly informative meetings and safety tailgate meetings with staff.
-Prepare damage/ incident reports.
-Responsible for following all OSHA rules and regulations and ensuring all broadband technicians are instructed in safe practices.
-Responsible for following Worker’s Comp processes and guidelines set up by ACC management.
