Driller must have experience operating 2015 JT-20's with references, locator's must have a minimum of 2 years proven experience, would like driller or locator or both on each crew to have a cdl preferably the driller. Plow operators need to have a min 1 yr. exp. style of plow you have experience with is not a huge concern as most are pretty universal. Operators/Labors we do very little mini x work on this project but there is still some from time to time. Labors must have 1 yr exp.

This job is paid hourly but we get paid per ft as most. We demand guys with a strong work ethic and guys that don't need babysat through the job. We are trying to build a powerhouse team at this point. We are currently installing .625 feeder with RG11 drops in newer developments. We are not running drops to houses we are setting peds, drilling road crossings, driveways, and some rear easement work for drills. We also are using plows to lead the way with drill crews chasing behind them. Operator/Labors you are the crews backbone you are expected to get out in front of either plow or drill crew and locate utilities in our bore path by means of portable vac, shovel, or other hand tools for digging. We are currently working six days a week 10-14 hr days. We are in the process of building a rotation like 10 days on 4 days off once we are fully staffed on this project. ALL EMPLOYEES MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, BE ABLE TO GET ON OUR AUTO INSURANCE, PASS DRUG TEST, AND ON SOME FUTURE PROJECTS MAY HAVE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK.
