Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of project management & senior supervisory experience in the Cable TV communication field. Candidate needs to adhere to all Company Policies & Procedures, at all times. Observance of all safety guidelines to avoid senseless accidents & promote a good work environment. Knowledge of utility guidelines that govern the field. Must be able to think outside the "box" and be a problem solver. Resources for personnel & subs. Valid drivers license, pass a background & drug test required

Job Description
We are looking for an individual with extremely strong leadership abilities that can manage the day to day operations of an aerial and underground construction maintenance company and meet or exceed the performance expectations of our clients. This will include but not be limited to customer meetings and helping staff and sub-contractors. Additional duties are white lining, pre-field and measure every job, coordinate paperwork/employees and track all progress on excel spreadsheets daily. This position manages the overall direction, coordination, operation and evaluation of our employees and sub-contractors on the job sites.
