Qualifications
Must be fully experienced in pole data collection. Measuring from the lowest power down with your 36' hastings stick. If you do not have a stick one may be supplied to you. Must have extensive knowledge in determining and documenting everything on the pole from the top of the pole to bottom attachment. Must have knowledge and understanding of the NESC and RUS standards.
