Clean criminal background (no misdemeanor or felony convictions) Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Must be able to work a flexible schedule including after hours and weekends Strong customer service and communication skills Must be comfortable walking, crawling, bending and kneeling Must be comfortable working outdoors and in small spaces (crawl space, attics) Ability to lift at least 80lbs Ability to handle a step/extension ladder at heights of up to 28 ft

Perform installations for telephone, internet, digital cable
Perform service changes for residential and commercial customers
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of equipment and product services in order to educate and answer customer questions

Must be computer and software literate. Must have a working knowledge of digital meters and sound meter. Must be able to handle and set up different size ladders, scaffolding and operate different types of lifts. Must be able to use proper safety equipment for related task and personal protection.
