Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
•Work closely with project management to create permit acquisition schedules that align with project construction schedules in multiple municipalities.
•Interface with numerous municipal building and roadway departments to complete permit application requests, coordinate work inspections and secure project completion approvals.
•Prepare purchase order requests and associated construction tracking.
•Deliver completed permit applications and fees to various municipal business license departments to secure construction and ROE permits
•Track open / pending permits in multiple municipalities to ensure coordination with project construction schedules.
•Cross-train to perform Field Walk-out position when needed.
•Willingness to work shifts as assigned.
•Experience / knowledge of State, Highway Department & Municipal requirements for CATV construction permitting processes
•Working knowledge of MUTCD traffic control permitting requirements.
•Knowledge of State and Highway Department Permitting requirements
•Possess valid Driver’s License.
•Legible Penmanship required.
•Word / Excel / Database Tracking System skills required.
•Must be able to pass background and drug screen.

Physical Requirements
•Standing - 2 to 4 hours daily
•Walking - 2 to 4 hours daily
•Sitting - 6 to 8 hours daily
•Driving - typically 4 to 6 hours daily
