Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of power and telecommunications OSP requirements.
5 Years experience in the Cable TV / Broadband industry
3 years in Cable TV / Broadband Outside Plant Construction.
Strong understanding of permitting requirements and applications.
Experience managing contractors and coordinating multi-site construction projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office programs.

Job Description
Overview:
The position will Coordinate outside Cable TV/Broadband and Fiber Optics Construction. The coordinator will track construction activities as well as splicing/activation of New build, verify as-builts, update Excel based project tracking.
Responsibilities:
Oversees, tracks, and reports the progress and quality of work being performed by utility contractors.
Completes pre-construction ride outs to identify make ready issues and cost estimates.
Consults with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of construction. Ensure clients' needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
Ensures aerial make ready contractors adhere to construction specs.
Keeps the client and others informed about project status and issues regarding subcontractors and issues that may impact client relations.
Works with local power and communication companies to track attachment packages in all phases of construction.
