Experience in cable industry with a minimum of 3-5 years of field and management experience.
Excellent customer service and conflict management skills
Experience with warehouse and inventory management processes
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
Other Requirements
Individual should be able to perform any and all aspects of the technical work when it comes to the installation of services and products.
Job Description
Branch Manager will be responsible for the following:
•Lead the branch, coordinate the planning and organizing of technicians work, and deal with unexpected situations and problems that may arise on a day to day basis.
•Supervision of 20+ Technicians in the installation of video, data, voice products and services
•Manage the route / work order management with field leads on a daily basis
•Coordinate & provide on the job training of various installation and safety topics
•Produces reports, monitors workflow and productivity, and coordinates followups with customer service issues / concerns
•Responsible for QC’s & will support, guide and motivate Technicians to meet metric goals
•Meets with and coordinates with others to resolve any and all customer defined issues.
