As a national leader in the cable telecommunications industry, Evolution Workforce is in need of professionals to join our team installing and servicing residential broadband cable products in the locations listed.
These products include digital telephone, video, high speed internet, and wireless networking.
This is a fast paced, physically demanding position that requires a keen focus on details and
extending excellent customer service.
MUST OWN TRUCK, VAN, OR SUV CAPABLE OF CARRYING A 28' LADDER TO BE CONSIDERED
MUST PASS AN EXTENSIVE BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN
MAJOR JOB DUTIES
Installing and/or repairing cable TV, high speed internet, and telephone service
Performing upgrades, downgrades, and special request orders
Installing drops, outlets, converters, modems, and phone equipment in customer's homes
Measuring, recording, and determining cable signals are within acceptable parameters
Troubleshooting problems
Lifting and climbing a 28' ladder
Educating customers on products and services
Working both outdoors and in customer's homes
