Qualifications
Looking for experienced fiber splicers with extensive knowledge of FDH cabinets, scoping and cleaning bulkheads and jumpers, aerial and underground procedures, fiber to the home procedures ( including nap installation and red lighting), and OTDR testing. Majority of work will be fiber the the home in residential neighborhoods and high rises, but will also include metro e customers which require installation of side cars and rack or wall mounted FTP.
Other Requirements
Would prefer 1099 sub with own tools and truck. Bucket truck not required but preferred. Will consider hiring in-house if qualified.

We are currently looking for qualified fiber splicers to assist in a long term project in SW Florida. We have current jobs in Bartow, Lake Whales, Sarasota, Venice, Sebring, Ft Myers, and Avon Park. We have available for immediate work, node splits, FDH Cabinets, Fiber to the home , and metro e. This is a growing company that has been in SW Florida since 1998 as a Fiber Splicing company. If you are looking to work in a vacation state then this is your chance. We work five days a week. But we are very flexible with your needs with family and personal time.
