•Experience in the cable industry for a minimum of 3 years, with a solid understanding of all aspects of Telecommunications required •Must have knowledge of general safety requirements, technical training requirements, technical goals and understanding of human resource rules and regulations •Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

Directly supervises the Cable Installation Technicians;responsible for overall management to achieve customer satisfaction. Able to perform a variety of highly skilled technical work in the installation, maintenance, repair of service installs. This position is expected to exercise considerable initiative and judgment in planning and organizing work, take a leading role in carrying out the work process, and modifying plans to meet unexpected situations and deal with associated problems.

Essential Duties and Functions:
•Assists the Site Operations Manager with work order management, installation coordination and installation program management
•Supervises a team of approximately 20+ Field Technicians in the installation of video, data, voice and other telecommunication products and services
•Provides formal and on the job training for the technicians on both installation and safety topics
•Produces reports, monitors workflow and productivity, and responds to inquiries and customer concerns
•Responsible for QC’s and will support, guide and motivate the Field Installation Technicians to assist them in successfully meeting metrics
