3-5 years of construction industry experience. Full comprehension of outside plant construction, including aerial and underground, as well as plant maintenance. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Demonstrate facilitative leadership abilities working in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction. Professional appearance and attitude; shows a strong ability to multi task. Strong problem solving skills a must

Full comprehension of construction plans in order to supervise successful completion of operations HFC system upgrade experience a plus Excellent logistics ability in order to identify and solve problems while supervising field activities Efficient time management, organizational and written and oral communication skills Must be able to work under pressure Highly motivated individuals are desired Computer skills are required. Applicant must be proficient and adept with Microsoft Office
