• Repair Underground (buried) phone service wires
• Strong customer communication skills - ability to explain issues to customer.
Work Environment: •••Physical•••
• May perform strenuous physical activities including, but not limited to: lifting objects weighing over 75 pounds
• Digging with Shovel, Pick or Ax
• May perform job activities outdoors in different weather conditions (e.g., extreme cold and/or heat, inclement weather)
• May work varying shifts and hours including possible mandatory overtime, weekends and holidays
• Follow all company and client safety guidelines
• Technician will provide their own tools to perform their job
• Technician will provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for the position
• Lace up boots with a defined 1/2 inch heel, hard hat, Reflective Safety vest, Safety Cones
• Other equipment may be required by local Management
