Qualifications
• Must have previous aerial cable experience
• 1-3 years utility construction experience
• Minimum Class E license (prefer CDL)
• Knowledge of CATV prints
• Experience with pole transfers
• Ability to build cable and operate bucket trucks
• Experience with lashing cable, building strand, setting risers, setting anchors and placing bonds
Other Requirements
Must follow safety rules and engage in safe construction practices, participate in safety meetings, use all issues safety gear and fill out daily production sheets.
Job Description
Build cable, operate bucket trucks, lash cable, build strands, set risers, set anchors, place bonds, etc. In addition, you will be responsible for daily safety checks, maintaining equipment, and filling out daily reports.
