We have an immediate opening for an MDU Construction Manager in the Nashville area for an N+0 upgrade.
This is a contract position. After 5 weeks, performance will be evaluated and a salaried position may be offered.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of directly related leadership experience with a construction background in MDU fiber optic and coaxial builds.
• Knowledge of N+0 upgrades.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Bently View or AutoCad.
• Experience maintaining successful relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience managing the activities of contractors and crews for coaxial and fiber optic builds.
• Prior site and warehouse management experience.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents and engineering maps.
Responsibilities Include:
• Act as a liaison between our client and our contractors and crews.
• Serve as jobsite representative for our client.
• Supervise and ensure schedule performance and quality craftsmanship of contractors and crews.
• Serve as an information resource by coordinating schedules and work, updating progress trackers, participating in meetings, resolving disputes, providing ongoing feedback and coordinating supply fulfillment.

• MDU Fiber and Coaxial Construction Management: 3 Years
This is a full-time contract position. Evening and weekend hours may be required in order to meet client needs.
