Previous I&R experience. Work history with Windstream, At&t or CenturyLink would be great.
Other Requirements
MUST HAVE TRUCK AND TOOLS!Qualified technicians must have their own truck/ Van / SUV and basic hand tools, along with any meters necessary to complete res/bus pots and DSL installations, JDSU 3000 may be needed. Techs should have any ladders necessary to perform aerial work. A laptop and or Cell Phone may be required. Along with all safety equipment required to do the job.
Job Description
Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of high-speed Internet, video and voice networks including associated wiring and equipment.
Teamwork (technical expertise developed to complete work efficiently to achieve work group key service measures).
•Active Listening (ability to take input from customers, APS and co-workers to problem solve and improve skills.
•Asking relevant questions to ensure problems are resolved quickly or to clarify information or directions.)
•Active Learning (curious seeker of new information and actively works to improve skills and knowledge)
•Assume all other duties as assigned.
•Assist other Technical personnel in the performance of their duties when requested.
