Qualifications
StarCom is seeking an experienced fiber-optic splicer and coax cable splicers, as well as coax cable hardline installers who are proficient in both outside & inside plant. Fiber Splicer Must have experience with the following equipment: fusion splicer, mechanical splicer, OTDR, power meters, traffic identifiers, digital multi-meters, cleavers, strippers, buffer tube splitters, cable ring tools, hand tools, toners, duct rodders, ladders, bucket trucks, etc.
Ability to work under minimal supervi

Ability to work under minimal supervision. And apply technical expertise to evaluate problems and implementing the best solutions.
NYC/NJ Area
Need to be able to splice into live networks
Nights/Weekends/overtime possible
Valid driver’s license required.
Must complete I-9 E-verify form; pass a drug screen; pass a background check
