Qualifications
In House Employees must have valid driver's license with good MVR, able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, climb poles, and operate bucket trucks and/or diggers to transfer Telco cables and set and/or remove poles. CDL A or B a plus.
Other Requirements
Subs must have equipment to set poles, transfer Telco cables and equipment, and remove old poles. Some non accessible work to be expected. In House employees need to provide climbing gear and some hand tools.
Job Description
Adding crews to long term job working for a prime contractor with ample opportunity to advance and be profitable. Back log of work being assigned is in the thousands of poles so any number of good qualified crews could settle in and make a good living alongside the good crews on the job now. Other bid work in same areas also available to include fiber, copper, pole placement, boring, trenching, etc.
In-house employees will have direct deposit, health, dental, Aflac, and 401k options.
Subcontractors welcome, pricing and payment terms available upon request. Must have OH Work Comp.
