Qualifications
Fiber splicing experience. Ability to read and comprehend CATV design prints. Ability to identify colors. Ability to understand how to use highly technical test equipment. Be in good physical condition.
Job Description
The position of Fiber Splicing Technician is responsible for the installation and maintenance of fiber cables including needed repairs. Position requires the ability to be individually responsible, work aloft, maintain a driver's license, computer literate and perform detailed functions in the splicing and testing of fiber cables. This position requires a great deal of accuracy and perfection.
