Immediately upon completion of background check and drug screen for in-house W-2 employees or submission of COIs and license check for sub-contractors.
Pay
Hourly base plus production for in-house employees, top rates in the area for sub-contractors.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-years experience for linemen candidates, 3-years for foreman candidates. Sub-contractor candidates must possess a CA Contractor's License. Out of state contractors wishing to work will be required to be on-boarded as W-2 employees until a license is secured and all insurance requirements are met.
Other Requirements
All candidates must have verifiable references. For exceptionally strong out of state candidates, company will provide short term (60 days) housing assistance. Strong preference given to candidates with a demonstrated history of leadership and the ability to train and motivate less experienced employees. All candidates must be well versed in safe construction practices. Tasks will encompass new and re-build construction, make-ready, de & re, fiber and coax overlash, and maintenance.
