Job Description
Install cable TV, internet and telephone in accordance with guidelines.
Provide customer education regarding products and services
Installing overhead drops and outlets to service residential homes
Connecting equipment to customer TV's, Computers, etc.
Direct contact with customers in the home
Configuring advanced services to customers equipment
Reconnect/ Disconnect existing cable services
Install and configure all customer equipment
Troubleshooting
