A. POSITION SUMMARY (3-5 statement overview of job):
The Project Manager, Construction will interact with customers, manage and coordinate in-house supervisors, technicians and sub-contractors during the installation of cable in medium to large residential/commercial construction projects. Interface with internal office staff on a daily basis to ensure that all paperwork is completed in a timely fashion and to review communications received at the site.
B. MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (List and indicate percentage of
time spent on each):
1. Direct outside construction of broad band systems, both fiber and coaxial, and network infrastructure. 40%
2. Provide daily project updates and statuses to customers. 10%
3. Coordinate and manage Employees and Sub-Contractors on a daily and/or project basis. 25%
4. Manage internal paper work flow, documentation for customer and internal flow of revenue, expense and margin data. 20%
5. Perform material management and delivery scheduling tasks. 5%

Education:
High School (required), Vocational /Technical School (preferred)
Experience:
5-10 years experience in the outside plant for broadband distribution and infrastructure (required). Supervision and Project management experience(required) Revenue expense management (preferred)
Additional Skills/Knowledge:
Microsoft Office Suite
