Assitant to Executives as needed
Job Summary: Support the work of company director/CFO and undertake a variety of administrative, clerical and managerial tasks. Act as the directors first point of contact. Typical responsibilities of the job include: answering telephone calls, maintaining logs & calendars, arranging appointments, taking messages, typing/word processing, filing, organizing meetings, using a variety of software programs, booking transport and accommodations, managing databases, implementing & maintaining procedures/administrative systems, liaison with staff, suppliers and clients, preparing letters, presentations and reports.
