Job Description
ITC Service Group is currently hiring a horizontal drill bore operator to work in Santa Clara, CA. This person will be working on a Ditch Witch JT922 or 2020 for this work. Lengths of bore and short and long, from 80 foot to 500 foot bore. Work is mostly all new builds and the terrain is mostly dirt. Work hours are from 6am to 2:30pm and the flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required. Team size will be four (operator, locator and two laborers). Locator will be on-site with operator. If there are any special certification needed (railroad/EPA), a training class will be provided. Position is a long term contract with the option to go full time with the construction company. Will start out on hourly and move to units. Prefer local candidates from the Bay Area. No per diem will be offered for the either the operator or locator position. If operator and locator come as a team, this is okay.
