The rates are unit-based for each item you touch on the tower. Changing out platforms, adding sets of blades, running helix cables, all work on the tower structure proper
Qualifications
Must have proper credentials or any certifications required for cell tower crew climbers. Willing to travel to 4 states. Need already established small companies or family based crews to received materials and follow the scope of the work issued. The scope of each site will vary according to that locations needs and customer expectations
Other Requirements
must have own insurance & business license. Furnish your own tools and equipment & vehicles. Must have experience and references for recently completed tower work projects
Job Description
These are existing Cell tower structures that are either upgraded with new equipment, or new vendor being added to structure with new set of blades, cables, wiring, and equipment.
Each job is issued with a well designed BOM, technical detailed instructions and specific set of specifications. Jobs and tower locations are dead-line oriented with time-frame requirements.
Tower locations will be routed to each crew within a certain geographic location as to create a continuous route"
