Drillers: Foremen should have min. 1-2 years experience as a foreman, 3 years min. total drilling/operating exp. Fiber blower/puller foreman: 2+ years. Fiber Splicers: 2+ years exp. Laborers: any experience is a plus. Mini, vac, drill operating, fiber handling exp additional plus.
Other Requirements
Company provides all tools and equipment.

We are an internet service provider that does our own construction in-house. Everything from sales, design, permitting, construction, fiber placement, fiber splicing, to inside plant and networking. We do not seek out the next contract and travel all over the country as many construction companies must do. We are looking for guys who want a stable career with a company they can retire with.
We are based in Michigan and work in all of the metropolitan areas of the state, but our in-house is 99% based out of the Detroit Metro area. Our guys are generally home every night. Occasionally an overnight stay is required for special projects, but extensive out-of-town jobs are usually sub-contracted out.
We offer competitive hourly wages and a strong benefits package. We provide 100% company paid medical insurance. Optional vision, dental, life, disability, and upgraded medical for a small contribution. We also have 401K and a quarterly bonus program based on company, crew, and individual performance.

All candidates must have a valid drivers license and must be willing to upgrade to a Class C Chauffeurs license (minimum) at the company's expense if needed.
