Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide administrative support to project management and administrators
•Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
•Serve as extension to Corporate HR and Payroll
•Coordinate pre-employment drug testing for potential candidates
•Gather and complete all new hire, orientation and termination paperwork
•Collect, proof, and submit accurate employee timesheets and weekly production reports and dailies to Payroll for processing
•Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person/department
•Perform various clerical duties (fax, scan, copy, file)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•Good reading, writing, and typing skills (type 60 wpm or more)
•Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
•EXTENSIVE experience working with Excel Spreadsheets
•Exemplary organizational skills
•Comfortable working with construction personnel
•Extreme attention to detail
•Ability to collaborate with employees at all levels within the organization as well as with customers and the general public
•Maintain a positive and supportive attitude and demeanor
•Able to work independently with little supervision
•Prior experience working with communications contractor a plus
•Working knowledge of "Smartsheets" not required but desired
•Multi-task in a fast paced environment and achieve deadlines under pressure
•Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information and professional boundaries

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
•10 years of experience in an office environment
