Applicant must have excellent communication skills with our customers, homeowners and crews.You will be expected to be will organized and have the ability to plan for and route up to 12 crews. You will be asked to operate in a fast paced environment and be flexible and adaptable. This is a leadership role that will require motivating personnel to their highest potential while maintaining a positive, hard working and professional attitude.

This position will consist of the following duties: Keep drops on schedule to meet a 7 day window, route all incoming work orders to crews for completion, perform quality control checks on buried drops, communicate with all crews on a daily basis, communicate with customers regarding ETAs/jobs on hold/damages, communication with locators to ensure locates are in place to complete work, report progress to upper management, ordering and tracking material, identifying problems with crew's production in order to make improvements.
