Job Description
Pauley Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Denver area.
The Project Manager will assume full responsibility of the following areas:
• Safety and Training
• Financial Results, Forecasting
• Business Development
• Employee Development
• Must ensure that all dealings with outside vendors are ethical and built on good business values and relationships
• Must approve all outside vendor invoicing for payment.
• Enforce the sub-contractor agreements and all adopted company policy and guidelines when dealing with subcontractors.
• Accomplishes the company day count receivables goal
• Assign jobs to crews based off of scope of work and crew resources
• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by crews
• Prepare project reports detailing various project data
• Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor project
• Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
• Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude
• Keep the Project Team informed about project status and issues that may impact project completion
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be 21 years old

• Proficient in MS Office Suite of products especially Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet, Understanding of Project Management Software(P6) also a plus.
• Effective communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Highly detail oriented
