Qualifications
•Work closely with all teams to ensure the project is meeting schedule, contract requirements, and design deliverables.
•Resolve construction-related situations in ways that are conducive to design, spec, and the given situation.
•Field inspection of completed construction work, to ensure it is built to meet our quality standards
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly turn over the completed installation segments assigned.
Other Requirements
•2-5 years experience in Construction Management
•Minimum of 2 years experience with aerial fiber optic networks and their construction.
•Familiar with right of way and structure owner negotiations, relationships and ensuring contractor compliance to requirements.
•Knowledge of network drawings, route maps and scopes of work
•Ability to schedule and self-manage in the field
•Ability to read, understand, and inspect design plans to ensure the network is being installed to meet specifications

We are currently seeking skilled an Aerial Construction Managers for our telecommunications construction work out of our offices in New York City and boroughs (Queens, Bronx & Brooklyn) as well as Long Island and New Jersey.
