Tier 1 Metrics pay: NC - $95/20, TC/SC - $60 , Upgrades - $75/20 , DishNet - $115...100% commissions on Smart Home Sales. $500.00 Hiring bonus after 60 days of work maintaining tier 2 metrics.
Qualifications
Must have Dish Network / DirecTV exp. Must have a Truck/Van/SUV and ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Must have a valid drivers license and pass a MVR report. Willing to train the right individuals. Must have hand tools and ladders. Super buddy meter is required if you do not have one we will assist you in obtaining one.
Other Requirements
Good communication skills is a must. Self motivated individual with a positive attitude. All equipment for installation is provided.
Job Description
Work orders will include a mix of New Installs, Upgrades, and Service calls. Work will be given based on contractors performance.
Must have a desire to learn and grow in this ever changing business. Self motivated and have a desire to perform good quality work.
Weekly pay at the top end of the industry for quality technicians.
Perform installation and troubleshooting of Dish Network equipment. Provide customer education and recommendation of SHS products that will benefit the customer.
