Qualifications
3+ years in supervisory experience and 5 years minimum industry experience in the aerial and underground strand, fiber, copper, and coax construction. Ability to issue, monitor, and QC work in an organized, positive, safe and efficient manner.

Job Description
-Work with customer to understand and refine current project plan.
-Manage day to day operations to ensure delivery schedules are met on a consistent basis.
-Manage scope changes and document change orders to ensure all out of scope work is properly documented.
-identify risk and or issues that effect the project process.
-Interact with customer regarding project status and deliverable documentation.
-Responsible for proofing construction routes prior to issuance to crews.
-Quality control of construction.
-Field safety audits of crews
Required knowledge and skills:
-Strong OSP construction background
-Knowledge of construction communication in the construction business, permits and scheduling.
-Ability to properly assess a situation and come to a quick course of action to minimize downtime, costs, schedule impact and safety concerns.
-Good computer and organizational skills.
-Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
-Must pay attention to detail and able to communicate effectively with co-workers and vendors.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks within required timeliness and sudden shifts in priority.
