We are interested in individuals with backgrounds in the telecommunication construction industry who are ready to take on a challenge. The ideal candidate will have the responsibilities of planning, organizing, and controlling all activities on the project. This position requires a self-starter with excellent communication and senior management skills.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of subcontractors and staff while they are engaged in the construction of telecommunication projects, as related to the work that is being performed.

Establish and maintain customer relationships
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and controls
Ability to execute clearly defined goals and objectives
Ensure all corporate policies and procedures are followed and contribute to company strategies and plans
