Job Description
ITG Communications, LLC performs nationwide cable TV fulfillment for companies such as Comcast. Located in Hendersonville,TN we're looking for a self-motivated, hard working billing clerk to join our team. Cable TV billing or dispatch experience is preferred.
Qualified candidates must:
-Be proficient with scope of work/job codes for assigned area
-Perform daily quality control on paper work orders using ACSR (customer's system), make changes as needed
-Mail work orders out daily
-Make changes to job codes in billing system (Penguin)
-Communicate with dispatch via email to close jobs that remain open
-Communicate with technicians on errors found during QC
-Perform weekly reconciliation
-Pull and send Daily Tally to cable companies
-Perform various reporting and other tasks as required
-Possess basic computer skills
-Be able to pass drug screen and industry-standard background check.
