2 to 5 years plus of practical work experience working as a fiber splicer in house or on your own. Prefer that you have your own insurance, splicing rig, and machine. Company can supply test equipment. If you don’t have your own equipment, company provided equipment can be supplied to the right candidate.

- Ability to read and interpret project work orders and construction prints - Prepping of all types of pedestals, splice cases, fiber boxes, and fiber cabinets - Splicing of loose tube and ribbon fiber - RUS experience is a plus - Testing experience with OTDR and light meters is a plus - Ability to complete project as-built and billing paperwork

We are looking to add a fiber splicing sub-contractor to our team. We are looking for a professional, hard working individual that can work independently and also with others when needed. We are looking for someone with 2 to 5 years plus of practical work experience working as a fiber splicer in house or on your own. Prefer that you have your own insurance, splicing rig, and machine. Company can supply test equipment. If you don’t have your own equipment, company provided equipment can be supplied to the right candidate.
