Position Overview & Responsibilities:
The Outside Plant Field Manager has responsibility to ensure quality and safety of assigned jobs by reading and interpreting engineering designs and the project management and inspection of assigned installation personnel. Work to ensure optimum daily production from all assigned personnel. The Manager is responsible for DOT Compliance, Installation Specification Compliance, 811 Locate Verifications and the resolution of mislocated utilities.
Other Requirements
Other responsibilities include the inspection and verification of Selectek’s safety regulations and OSHA compliance on worksites. The Outside Plant Field Manager is a ‘hands on’ position and requires experience working with Outside Plant underground construction prints, HDD Crews, and Trench Crews.
