Above average hourly pay to start with advancement to piece work production pay.
Qualifications
Lineman\Climbers must have at least one years experience. Apprentices must have at least six months as ground hand and willing to train to climb. Ground hands will be entry level with no experience and plenty of room for advancement.
Other Requirements
Capable of reading design maps. Knowledge of opertaions of aerial lift trucks and no fear of heights. Some heavy lifting required. Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather (i.e. snow, rain, wind,extreme heat, etc.) if required.

The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:
Ability to work in various environments/settings with moderate to loud noise levels at heights above 20ft.
Prepared to sit, stand, stop, crouch, reach and lift for long periods of time
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Capable to use full-range of motion in fingers, hand and wrists to operate necessary tools/equipment
