Qualifications
-Previous experience in safety and training
-Knowledge of how to perform a quality audit on a DTV installation
-Computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Excel
-Ability to multitask
-Bilingual speaker
- Minimum of 2 years Technician experience
-Superior technical understanding of all DirecTV systems including SWM systems and non SWM systems.
Other Requirements
-Must have a working smart phone
-Must have a valid drivers’ license, able to pass drug test and background check
-Ability to bend, stoop, stand, kneel for extended length of time.
-Ability to lift 50-60 pounds repeatedly throughout the work day.
Job Description
· Responsible for DIRECTV training and safety within the company
· Train and certify new hires in all aspects of DIRECTV installations with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
· Work with the field supervisor to up train and certify existing technicians in continuing education initiatives
· Work with the field supervisor to up train technicians with performance issues
· You will perform regular Quality Audits on work performed by our technicians
