Top hourly pay, plus weekly production bonus, and $2500 Sign on Bonus (based on experience for both)
Qualifications
Experience in UG coax and fiber construction. Must be able to pass background check. Must have CDL class A/B with clean driving record. If experienced but no CDL no problem... we will pay for CDL!! Must be eligible for employment in the United States.
Other Requirements
Operator must be knowledgeable with all typical safety procedures and apply them at all times. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted, more assisted.
Be able to run a heavy equipment and/or drill (any size and any brand).
Be able to locate both cables and drill heads. Be able to dig. Ability to run a plow is a plus. Must be mechanically inclined. Must be detailed oriented. Work outside in all types of weather. Drug testing and a background check are required!

We are looking for experienced, reliable mini excavators and backhoe operators, and horizontal drill operators; experience with pulling equipment, reel trailers etc. who are proficient in using these types of equipment. Other tasks associated with buried utility construction are necessary, including clean-up. Will need to be able to locate cables and dig.
Job consists of day to day outside plant maintenance as well as specific projects. We have a tremendous amount of work to get done and need good employees to help us with that. Please give us a call and consider joining our team.
Scope of work varies with each job. Individuals must have knowledge of the underground process. Looking for trust worthy and hard working individuals who want to move forward. Need to be able to work independently as a crew on each job given. Ability to trench, bore, plow, place duct, and direct bury main-line and drops. Locate & verify all utilities before construction. Clean -up job when finished.
Company provides work truck and heavy equipment. Employee needs to bring a good attitude and desire to make money. We have plenty of work for the right candidates.
