Pay
Piece rate, top techs making $2500/week YEAR ROUND. We route based on performance and reliability. Seriously, multiple techs working only 6 days per week making $2000-$2500 PER WEEK! Routes are very tight keeping fuel expenses low.
Qualifications
Experienced preferred but not required, training available for motivated individuals. NCTI certified a +. Must have great customer service skills and attitude. Commercial/MDU/Splicing/Construction skills a +. Former military encouraged to apply!
Other Requirements
Must have valid DL/INS and truck/SUV/van in good condition. We do sometimes have vans available to lease for top techs. Call for availability

Established company seeking installation techs for Indy metro and surrounding areas. Work available 7 days per week. Advancement opportunities include commercial/service calls/construction/MDU/auditing/quality control/lead tech/supervisor. Routing is based on performance and overall reliability, not seniority, meaning top techs can get top routes within one week of starting. No techs are ever sent home due to lack of work.
