JOB SUMMARY: The QC tech will assist the supervisors in the field providing accurate feedback after completing post install workmanship audits and through customer contact. The QC tech will provide that information to the Supervisors and managers through meetings, emails and also enter the information gathered daily including pictures into the Tri Wire database (cable messenger). QC techs also will interact with the client’s contract services team directly to resolve any customer issues, complaints. The QC tech also will assist supervisors coaching technicians in the field on new products and services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Troubleshoot, problem solve multi platform products and services installed by Tri Wire technicians.

· Conduct daily QC checks on technicians post install.

· Provide feedback to supervisors, managers for tech coaching opportunities.

· Enter all QC information accurately into Cable Messenger database.

· Conduct classroom training of all new hires including but not limited to, HR policies and procedures, safety and technical orientation.

· Assure that the field training of all new technicians is conducted using the training manual, the field scorecard and the field training checklist.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform other duties as requested by the Field Manager.
