Job Description
$1000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR EXPERIENCED CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS
$500 PAID TRAINING FOR NON EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS. WE TRAIN the right candidate.
WEEKLY PAY AFTER 2 WEEKS (NET 14)
$800/$2500 WEEKLY depending on how many jobs the technician closes.
Well established company, 8 years experience expanding in S Florida looking for DirecTV Technicians, Satellite, Exede, HughesNet Installers in SW Florida-Naples, Cape Coral, Ft. Myers, Port Charlotte and surrounding areas.
The satellite technician is responsible for providing excellent customer service through installing, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading satellite television systems and equipment for residential and business customers.
WE ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR DEPENDABLE CONTRACTORS!
WE HELP THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WITH VEHICLE AND TOOLS.

FREE MATERIALS (CABLE, CONNECTORS, SMALL PARTS)-restrictions apply based on technicians' work quality and customer service performance.
PERFORMANCE BONUSES:
Market TOP Technician: 500$
Above 80 points: 300$
Above 70 points: 200$
Technicians who qualify for SIGN ON BONUS must STAY with the company for min 180 days, IF not SIGN ON BONUS will be reversed.
WE PAY FOR ALL CERTIFICATIONS (TECH MUST BE WITH THE COMPANY FOR 180 DAYS)
Job Requirements:
The applicant must posses a valid drivers license.
Must meet company hiring criteria for pre-employment screening, including drug test, criminal background check, MVR check.
Must be able to work on weekends.
Note: This is a 1099 position. The technician must have a truck or a van, ladder and tools. (Tools list will be provided at the interview).
