$12-16 / Hourly based on experience, and or exceptionally qualified applicants may expect more, however, willing to train hard working individuals

Required education: High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) preferred
Other Requirements
6 mos. – 1-year experience in construction preferred but not necessary
Good verbal and written communication skills are a must
Willing to work extra hours as required to meet stringent deadlines
Bilingual a plus, reliable transportation, valid DL

Telecom Labor Position
As a General Laborer – you will be expected to perform tasks involving physical labor for telecommunications fiber optics construction projects; digging and trenching at depths of 36,” may clean and prepare worksites, clean up rubble and debris, specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Complete duties as assigned
• Hand dig safely around other utilities, set pedestals and cabinets, install vaults, complete restoration, proof conduit, pull cable
• Set-up cones and signs adhering to Traffic Management Plan
• Assist crew leaders in construction work
• Operate jackhammers, drills, tampers, and other necessary tools and equipment
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards
• Maintain company equipment per service requirements and safety guidelines
