You must be able to pass a background and drug screen and have experience in RESIDENTIAL INSTALLATIONS. You must have a clean driving record.
Job Description
Oversee install technicians to ensure each installation is met with a 100% customer satisfaction rating.
Ensure install technicians have the proper training and are properly outfitted to perform installations.
They are responsible for coaching their teams and reporting their weekly teams metrics.
They are responsible for safety and vehicle inspections.
They must ensure their team members provide outstanding customer service. Our motto is one and done!! We do the job right the first time!!
