Job Description
Looking for skilled Broadband Technicians NOW.
Must have experience in cable / satellite / telco / electrical. Ideal candidates will have truck/van+tools+28’ extension ladder. Must understand how to work in this field environment safely (this is a must- we care about our workers and want them to be aware of ALL safety procedures). If needed and candidate possesses verifiable 1+yr field experience, we will help you buy a truck/van. In addition to vehicle purchase, payroll deduction can be performed for other tools needed that are related to the job.
Ideal candidates understand the nature of the job duties are as follows:
-Work at heights of up to 40 feet
-Potential for heavy lifting and long work hours
-OSHA-required safety guidelines must be followed
-Install and repair cable TV / phone / internet services in accordance with provider
-Follow quality control guidelines and assure services are within specification
-Understand work order system set in place by MSO
-Provide excellent customer service and product education to our subscribers
