Qualifications
Three plus years of Triple Play and Commercial Triple Play installation and Service at a lead tech or supervisory role. Current knowledge of industry standards and metrics and a true leadership ability combined with technical knowledge needed to lead multiple teams over a large footprint.
Other Requirements
Current up to date knowledge of Microsoft computer programs such as Excel and Word. Ability to lift and carry a 70 lb ladder. No fear of heights or confined spaces. Must be able to pass a background check including drug test and past employment references and have a clean drivers license. Must be able to travel to and spend overnights on other systems in our NYS footprint.
Job Description
Candidate will Report directly to senior management responsible for all levels of employee operations and technical reporting. Tech Op Super/Manager will be responsible for all office operations and technical employees completing commercial installations and service work orders on a day to day basis covering multiple locations. Duties will include issuing and assigning routed work, reporting results to MSO and senior management insuring completion of all work including quality control. Training, safety and contract compliance are also main responsibilities for this individual.
