J&L Cable is a contractor of voice, internet and television cable and services companies like Metro Cast, Time Warner and Comcast. We are currently looking for a Field Supervisor with experience in Residential, Commercial and XH.

The J&L Cable Installation Supervisor is responsible for the following:
Major functions and responsibilities include supporting and assisting the Installation Manager at all times.
• Train, supervise and schedule Field Supervisors and technicians within their teams.
• Support and training their teams to improve overall quality and craftsmanship.
• Work with Installation Manager and provide critical supporting documentation
• Facilitate weekly team meetings with a prepared meeting agenda.
• Supervise tech inventory and support warehouse staff to ensure clean tech buffers.
• Supervise quality control inspections performed by Field Supervisors and QC inspectors.
• Provide courteous and professional service to all Comcast cross functional teams.
• Recognize and enforce good safety rules and procedures.
• Oversee and safeguard all company assets.
• Manage customer issues
• Work closely with the Dispatch to ensure cross functional team communication and coordination
