Starts

As soon as you can be prepared to run a route and be confident is the processes. We want you to be set up for success and will work with anyone that wants the same outcome. All you have to do is ask and we will walk you through it.

Pay

Call me, You will be happy with the outcome. The more work you complete in a day the more money you make. We have techs that are currently making between $25-$30/hour. We have tech that are making $15-18/hour. It is up to you where you want to be.

Other Requirements

We supply you with all uniforms, tools, I.E. drill, wall fish sticks, etc., vehicle, cell phone, iPAD, meter, all safety gear, etc. Our techs start from home all but 1 day of the week so they can spend more time with their family and personal life.

Job Description

Perform installations for Comcast throughout the Twin Cities area. You will be installing Video, Internet, Phone, and if you show you can handle Home Security or Commercial we will route you with that work.

A couple main tasks that are expected that are expected by all techs:

1. Log in to TechNet to review your route. We will see your status and know that you are ready for work. We prefer this be done by 7:15am each day.

2. Start your first job by 8:00am and you be the dispatchers favorite tech. They will route you with the biggest and best jobs available daily. Comcast auto routes all techs and it is a must to be on their good side. I will help you with getting jobs as needed too.

3. Be available for work when you say you are or communicate in advance of times where exceptions need to be made. Comcast has an EOD policy that is easy to follow and if followed correctly, techs will make more money and satisfy everyone with Comcast and us.

4. Have fun. There is always changes in this industry so there is no reason to get upset at an angry customer or complain about your route. It will get better and the techs that have fun always seem to make the most money.
