We cover 7 days a week, and the most common schedule is Sunday - Thursday
Shifts range from 7AM - 9PM.
Must have a clean background. (MVR and Credit do not apply)

About Us:
Advanced Interior Electronics (AIE) is a thriving contractor for Cox Communications.
We are open 7 days a week at our Phoenix office, covering dispatch for both our Arizona and San Diego chapters.
Currently, we are looking to fill the position of Dispatcher. We are looking to find those who have experience in administration, back office, or fast paced call center. Must be able to multi-task, and quickly navigate through several computer programs and once.
As a Dispatcher you will be responsible for:
*Routing and Rerouting our technicians throughout the day ensuring all time frames are met
*Modifying work orders for technicians
*Auditing all work orders every day
*Using your training to troubleshoot with the technicians while they are in our customer's homes
*Assisting management to make sure technicians and team members are following protocol
*Certifying that all signal levels and account services are accurate before advising a technician to close out a job
*Working approximately 40 hours. It will either be a 5 shifts of 8 hours, or 4 shifts of 10 hours - this has yet to be determined.
*Though we will set a schedule after your training, your availability needs to range from 7AM - 9PM, as shifts vary.
*Other various office tasks
The qualified candidate must possess:
*A clean background and drug screen. I will not hire you if you cannot pass these.
*ICOMS GUI program experience is nice - but we will train the right person.
*a CAN DO attitude
*ability to think outside the box
*ability to work productively in a fast-paced, potentially stressful environment
*Very comfortable with fast paced data entry, with little to no error
*able to handle 4 phone lines as well as business related IM services and email.
*Punctuality - Must be on time for every shift
*Willingness to work overtime or later in the day if needed, with little to no notice.
*Reliable transportation to and from the office
We offer Medical Benefits through Blue Cross Blue Shield, as well as Dental, and 401K, after full-time employment for 90 days. 40 hours of paid vacation after one year of continued employment. Pay is Depending on experience, but average starting wage is $10-$12/hr for entry level or 12-14 for experienced. This is negotiable. This is an entry level position that has the potential to grow into much more for the right individuals.
