A service driven attitude is important as you will be required to recruit, train and motivate, while following all company policies, rules and safety guidelines. You must be able to pass a criminal background check & drug screen urinalysis.
Job Description
You must be able to lead, train and direct with a positive attitude; manage and schedule field personnel to meet established metrics, maintain a good relationship & show exemplary service to customers, partners, corporate leadership an technicians. The position requires overseeing technicians to ensure quality service is being performed. Account for all jobs and verify that work has been completed, while meeting all established metrics.
